Guest access Electronic Keypad Entry Other things to note Due to the recent storm, the carport that belongs to my unit has been damaged and so the parking isn't covered at the moment for my unit. When the carport gets repaired - - The assigned parking spot is right in front of the unit. It's the 4th parking spot from the right hand side of the mailboxes if you're looking straight ahead at my unit. (#108). Also due to this being a condo, it does have shared walls/HVAC vents so on occasion pests and unwanted smells may creep in, if you're sensitive to these items this unit may not work for you.
