Located on one of the most popular streets of Baguio City, Session Road, where you can experience the history, culture, and the lifestyles of the city in the pines. This is a dedicated AirBnB location. Bookings outside of the AirBnB app is prohibited and will be declined. The space Baguio is a busy town with an endless list of places to go and things to do. We welcome our guests to enjoy their visit without compromising comfort and peace of mind. This 2800sf penthouse suite known as Park Place is a very clean, stylish, and spacious one bedroom suite with basic amenities, hot/cold water, smart systems, new furnishings, and a great view of Session Road. Placid Spaces Suites are located in the local and historic commercial structure of F. Lopez Building. Since they are located at the top floor, the spaces are considered as “penthouse suites”. Other things to note Please carefully review all notices and rules below. ***No Pets ***No Smoking ***No rearranging interior decor and furniture ***No Loitering ***Noise ordinance: 8:30pm ****Penalties/Fees**** The guest who reserves the booking must stay in the unit for the duration of the booking. If the reservation is made for others without the original booker present the entire reservation will be forfeited with no refund. - Late check-in fee: $20 - Any alterations to your booking in regards to the guest count made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged a fee of $20 as it requires us to re-deploy our turnover team to make the proper adjustments. - Lost keys will incur a charge of $50. - Any complaints from neighbors about noise or any disturbance may forfeit your entire deposit. *Cooking Rules* Although we provide some cooking utensils, we suggest to our guests to please be cautious while cooking and courteous with cleanliness. Please turn off and/or unplug any appliances used during your stay. - The unit shall not be used by the guests as an event venue for personal occasions where additional guests will be visiting, thus, causing disturbance to the other residents of the unit. - No offensive, improper or unlawful activity is tolerated in the premises and in the unit - Do not bring in harmful, flammable, combustible, explosive material into the unit - No smoking inside the unit - No pets of any kind is allowed in the unit. Any non-compliant activity will be subject to fees and or automatically forfeit your stay without refund. ***AMENITIES*** Please be advised, consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, water bottles, coffee, and soaps are limited only for the initial check-in and will not be replenished by the host or staff until the next guest check-in. Current guests must provide their own additional amenities for the remainder of their stay. Entertainment and Media Wifi and Smart TV is available. Booked guest will need to log in their personal media accounts for privacy and convenience.
