Please note that the apartment is not suitable for hosting parties. However, you will have all the comforts and comfortable bedding. Although wifi is not available, mobile coverage is excellent. This apartment is a comfortable and well-equipped place for a pleasant stay! The sofa turns into a double bed of 160 x 200 cm or two single beds of 80 x 200 cm, depending on your needs. These mattresses are real comfortable mattresses, unlike sofa beds or BZ. • Separate kitchen: The kitchen is equipped to prepare your meals and share convivial moments. Equipped with oven, hot plates, large fridge, filter coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. You will also have all the necessary dishes for 3 people. • Bathroom: For your comfort, a bathroom is at your disposal with sink and bathtub . Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as kitchen essentials such as tea towels, washcloths, sponges and dishwashing products. Enjoy Your stay! Guest access You have the entire place to yourself. Entry to the apartment is done autonomously with a key box. All necessary information will be available on the day you arrive in the AIRBNB app. We are not reachable after 8pm, which is why it is imperative to arrive before this time or to read the check-in instructions in advance (remember to take screenshots) To make your stay even more enjoyable, we can offer you: - Early check-in: You can check in from 12pm for an additional €30 or from 3pm for €15 instead of 5pm originally scheduled . This will allow you to settle in early and make the most of your stay from the moment you arrive. - Late checkout: You will have the option to leave the apartment at 12pm for an additional €15, 2pm for €30 or 3:30 pm for €40 instead of the originally scheduled 10am. In order to be able to organize , it is imperative to choose these options when you book . This gives you more time to relax and organize your stuff before you leave. Other things to note Our apartments are furnished tourist properties and are not comparable to hotel rooms. The few negative reviews we have received are due to a misunderstanding by guests who have not taken into account that we do not offer any hotel services. We do not charge a cleaning fee, which is why we ask that you return the apartment in the same tidiness and cleanliness as the one in which you found it on arrival. Bed linen (duvet covers, pillowcases and fitted sheets) as well as towels (100 cm x 50 cm) are available in the apartment. However, the beds will need to be made upon your arrival and undone upon your departure. You have the option to bring your own bed linen if you wish, in this case please provide 80cm x 200cm sets. Please also note that there is no Wi-Fi available, it is forbidden to install a spa in the apartment, and parties are strictly prohibited.
