The space This unique cabin is in beautiful Three River Estates and very easy to find. It is located on a Santa Fe waterway that runs into the Santa Fe River just steps away, at a 3Rivers park. This cabin's beautiful hardwood floors shows off the newly remodeled home. The large partially covered deck will have you laid back enjoying the view of the beautiful cypress, oak and spanish moss hammock of the Sante Fe. Relax and watch turkey and deer wander thru the property. While relaxing, enjoy the evening's sunset and take advantage of the grill and fire pit. Great place to completely get away from big city stress. This property is not only close to all the springs and rivers, but you have a key to all the parks and boat ramps 3 Rivers offers. This includes the 3 rivers private park on the Ichetucknee. Just decide if you want to canoe, kayak, paddle board, float, or just snorkeling the beautiful clear spring fed river. This is without all the state park fees and crowds!!! Guest access You will have access to the entire cabin and property. The owners offer to you, as their guest, use of the subdivision’s nine parks and boat ramps . The key for this is in the cabin and map is in guest book. Other things to note NO Pets. I know that pets are part of the family. We are sorry to say to pet owners but delighted to let allergy sufferes know that we have chosen not to allow pets due to clients severe allergies.
