Large & Lux Shepherd's Hut in a Stunning Location

On its own in a green valley with birdsong by day and bright stars by night this extra-large shepherds hut has a woodstove, king-sized bed, full kitchen, hot shower, plumbed loo, firepit and bbq: @brimsdownshepherdshut a perfect place to relax, disconnect and let the hills of Wiltshire on the Somerset border work their magic. Miles of gorgeous country walks in every direction. Longleat next door. Well-behaved dogs welcome for a £20 cleaning fee. Sofa also a single bed if required. The space All our guests say the photos don't tell the whole story of how large and comfortable and private and in nature the hut is, or how great the views are. There's a bbq grill, and an outdoor firepit, charcoal and firewood provided. Wood stove keeps things cosy in cold weather (or, if you prefer, an electric oil-filled heater). Telephone reception is good at the hut. Guests have spent whole days taking zoom meetings in the sun on their phones. (If required there is good wifi up at the main house where you'll park your car.) As one guest put it: "Even when the weather was less than ideal, we felt perfectly content and snug in the hut, which is just as enjoyable on a rainy day as it is on a sunny one." Other things to note We now have a lovely new shop in the village, selling great coffee and cakes and fresh bread, local produce and basics. It's only a short mile away.
