Thoricus Villa by the beach

Thoricus is a classic Villa located in the area of Lavrion 25 minutes from Athens International Airport 15' walk from the Technological and Cultural Park of Lavrion and a 17' drive to the Temple of Poseidon. All the rooms open to private garden space across the Aegean sea. The villa offers free Wi-Fi and on-site parking. Just 3' away from the centre of lavrion and 30' drive to Athens, Thoricus Villa can house up to 9 people. More info in our booklet. The space The Villa is exactly as you see in the photos. However, I want to mention that if you visit us in winter, you might encounter some seasonal challenges. It's quite common to experience moisture and strong winds during this time. Guest access the only part being shared is the front yard and is only being used as a parking slot, you will have free access to the back yard and the small wooden kiosk to the front.
