Great Place to make Family memories! Awesome 3 story lighthouse with fabulous views from all the windows and including massive outdoor deck surrounding 3 sides of the lighthouse. Two new lower patios for firepit and lounging. We have a wide direct path to lake with tons of water toys including paddle boards and kayaks. Our property sits on over 9 acres of land right on Greers Ferry Lake. Lots of space and room from ATVS and parking your boats. While we welcome dogs to our lakehouse because we have 2 of our own, we do request when booking you add your pets to your reservation. We charge a $200 flat fee for your stay whether you bring 1 or more dogs. We have a protocol in place to clean for pet hair and to change the filters. Everyone usually loves dogs, just not to stay at a place that smell like dogs! Please note we do check via doorbell ring that you have arrived and with the appropriate number of guests and dogs. We also have a built in kennel if you wish not to bring your own. The property is all yours during your stay. There will be no other guests, just you and your family or friends, with your own private cove area to use. I only live 15 minutes away from the property so I can be there if needed otherwise the space is all yours. Family Quiet neighborhood.
