We have several unfurnished units awaiting or at various stages of remodeling for corporate housing that we are making available as needed. Will send special offer to meet your requests. Ranges from empty unit like above that is fully functional but unfurnished (platform beds/mattresses, etc can be requested); to partially remodeled mostly furnished units awaiting granite countertops that have functional bathrooms and bedrooms with beds but not working kitchen. Quotes will detail expectations. The space Functional apartment available if you need it before we do our fancy finishing. There will be construction noise during the day as we remodel other units. We can take your own work crews and can supple multiple platform beds and additional light furnishing at this price.
