There are 3 bedrooms in our house. 2 bedrooms open to the pool. The 3rd bedroom is also located on the lower floor of the building with a separate entrance from the outside. Other things to note Regular pool maintenance is carried out every 2 days between 8-10 in the morning. The person who comes for this enters through a separate door without disturbing you. In the evening, they may come to take care of the garden and water the plants. We would be very happy if you take care of the things that need attention in our house. Be careful of slippery floors when entering the pool. The pool is not heated. When using the jacuzzi, be careful not to get the surrounding area wet and operate the jacuzzi with water in it. Do not put hot pots on the counter. Do not enter the house with shoes. Please do not smoke inside the house. Pets are not allowed in the house No parties at home. Be careful not to leave trash when you leave the house. During the winter period, our villa is rented monthly and can be rented in a 2+1 layout. The suite room downstairs is also rented separately.
