The bathroom has amenities for your stay including soap, shampoo/conditioner, hand wash and body towels. A hair dryer is available if needed. Guest access You have access to the entire condominium Other things to note Parking can be challenging. There is paid parking overnight at the Residence Marriott at 1st and Atlantic about a 7-minute walk. Cost has varied but around $26. There is also limited beach parking that can be used with metered rates. Located about 3 short blocks away from the condo, or use “Parkopedia” to find up to date parking information and pricing. Long Beach parking - free or cheap lots, garages and street meter spots (parkopedia.com) Can be easier to find parking during the day, any time before 5 pm. The beach located just in front of the condo is not swimmer friendly as it can fill up with debris from offshore cruise ships, etc… If you travel down a bit, you can find cleaner spots. Local recommendations are Rosie's Dog beach or the Belmont area. The separated walking/running and bike paths make it easy to get from this condo to anywhere along the beach. It's a great flat ride and super convenient! This unit is on the second floor which will require walking up and down steps, in addition to the steep steps towards the “Beach Access” The condo is street facing so it can be quite loud if you are sensitive to noise. Overall, this is a great place if you are able-bodied and have patience for the parking and any unpredictable nuances completely out of our control.
