Between Award Winning Pateley Bridge and Grassington (the 'All Creatures Great & Small' TV setting), 25 mins from the Spa town of Harrogate. The space The Old Piggery is a newly renovated luxury single storey cottage, previously a vernacular piggery outbuilding. It has been lovingly renovated with all modern amenities and with the benefit of an environmentally friendly high end air source heating system. The interior has a light and contemporary feel, blended with cosy, homely touches such as hand painted vintage furniture. There is a spacious open plan lounge/dining and kitchen with a 55" Smart HD TV and wood burning stove. 2 large bedrooms at opposite ends of the cottage. Each bedroom has super king sized 'zip and link' beds, which can be made into twin rooms if requested. 1 bedroom has 2 steps down into a large bathroom with double ended bath (with shower over). The other bedroom has an adjacent shower room. Large private fenced pretty south facing garden with fire pit and private rear area. Lots of outdoor seating - benches, table and chairs, sun loungers... outdoor games and BBQ. The cottage also benefits from a large fenced paddock. A lockable shed is available to guests with bike racks. Guest access Guests have private enjoyment of the entire cottage, front and rear garden area and the fenced paddock adjacent to the property. Other things to note This is a very rural tranquil setting with no public transport, pubs or shops. The nearest town is Pateley Bridge, a 5 min drive away and Grassington is 6 miles. 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at the property. Please ensure dogs are not left unattended at any time, inside or out.
