One bedroom with full sized bed, dresser, large closet, tv, arm chair and desk. 4 windows with residential views. 25 mins to Elliot Hospital, 30 mins to Exeter Hospital. Perfect for one travel nurse looking to save money. Home is owned by my mother-in-law who is the only person living in the house. She is quiet and respectful, looking to share her home with a female traveler for a minimum of 30 days. The home is cozy and clean but dated hence the reasonable price. The space The private bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor, there are two flights of stairs to get to the bedroom on this colonial style home. The shared kitchen is on the first floor. Guest access Shared kitchen, washer and dryer During your stay My mother in law lives alone in the home, she is friendly, helpful and kind.
