Cookstown is a bustling market town and the house is located on the main thoroughfare. You have your own private garden and secure parking to the rear of the house. Centrally located, an ideal base for exploring the north. An hour from Belfast, Derry or the Causeway Coast, and 2 hours from Dublin. A great area for walking and mountain biking. The space The property dates from 1890 and has been fully renovated in 2022. The house is located on Cookstown's main street. There is a ground floor open plan living- dining room and three bedrooms over two floors. The single bedroom has an additional truckle bed suitable for a child. The bathroom has a bath and electric shower. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge freezer, full oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house is double glazed throughout. There is an outdoor covered dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The back garden with lawn is for your own private use. Washing machine, clothes airer and outdoor line drying are all available for your use. Deckchairs are provided for garden use ( ever hopeful for some sun! ) Free on street parking to the front and your own secure parking at the back of the house. **Please note there is no television** but there is good wifi Superfast broadband means all guests can stream and zoom on their own devices. Secure lockable shed in the backyard suitable for motorbikes/bikes. Outdoor tap and hose for washing dogs or bikes! We offer a 12.00 noon checkout for a more relaxed departure. Guest access You have access to the whole property including private parking at the back and use of the garden. Other things to note We are happy to welcome well behaved pets. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing your furry family members ( cute photos are a bonus! ) We ask that you don’t leave your pets alone in the house. We may be able to suggest daycare/dog sitting options with advance notice.
