Urban Apt near Shaker Square 1

Our spacious apartment is located in an urban area, 1 block from Shaker Square restaurants, supermarket, a Saturday farmers' market, and public transportation (RTA). You can take RTA (or walk) to University Circle, Cle Clinic. 1 train to Downtown! The space This is a 3-bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen. It's a simple, comfortable space, located over an arts center in an urban neighborhood. One bedroom has a long full bed, one has a twin bed and one has a full sized futon. Each bedroom is rented separately to a single guest, with keyed entry. If a couple is interested in a room, please inquire for pricing. The entire apartment can be rented (when available) to a single family or group. It can comfortably hold about 7 to 8 people if the pull-out sofa in the living room is used. Please see my listing here on AirBnb for the whole apartment and to rent the other 2 rooms, should this one be booked. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, above a small community arts center. There is an enclosed back porch with a table for dining and/or studying, which is good for use in warmer months. The neighbor in the other apartment is a professional and musician, so expect a little music a couple times per week. Guest access The 3-bedroom apartment has a shared bathroom and kitchen with an electric range, a full-sized refrigerator, microwave and dishes, pots and pans. There is a living room/dining room, as well as a small enclosed back porch for sitting. During your stay As much as I can be, I will be available to answer questions via phone, text or email or in person. I work in the building and I live 2 blocks away, and can offer information or assistance. I tend to be quite busy, and will not impose should guests prefer. Other things to note The arts center might have music and dance classes happening during your stay--but might not. Depends on the schedule. Please do inquire about this as you wish.
