The staircase leads up to the apartment. The staircase is narrow in case guests may have difficulty with tight spaces. While there is no dining room or table the kitchen has small breakfast bar with stools. You have your own entrance, allowing for a sense of privacy during your stay. Enjoy the convenience of coin laundry facilities right next door, and take advantage of nearby public transit options to explore the city. Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor with a narrow staircase; there are no gates at the top for toddlers. Other things to note MONTHLY BOOKINGS CLEANERS: For guests booking for 28 days or more there is a mandatory bi-weekly cleaning at a cost of $125 to be paid directly to us. This cost is over and above the post checkout cleaning fee that is paid through AIRBNB. There is no exception to this rule. CHECKING IN/OUT : There are no keys to exchange as all of our units use a coded keypad entry system. The combination code is on a timer so it does not work until check in time which is 3pm. Check out time is 11am. Sorry we can’t accommodate early check in or late checkout Because it voids our AIRBNB insurance. TV: Some of our units have cable, some have a smart TV that you can access with your Netflix or Amazon Prime account. Please enquire before hand so you are prepared. CHILD SAFETY: We welcome families and kids of all ages. Please keep in mind the stairwells do not have baby gates. If you have toddlers that are in danger of falling down the steps please consider this when making a decision to book with us. While we do our best to make all of our apartments as safe as possible for our guests they are not baby proof. BOOKING FOR SOMEONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF: If you are booking for someone else like a relative, friend or business associate please make sure they read the listing too and know exactly what they should expect on arrival. Also you will need to let us know that it isn't for yourself. If on arrival the person you booked it for doesn't like the unit because they didn't read look and thoroughly read about the unit, or they were surprised by something-like they don't like stairs even though it says in the listing it's on the second floor, we will not refund any money and you are still responsible for paying the full amount. Any damages etc done by the person you booked it for will also be your responsibility. WIFI: Depending on the unit the wifi signal might be a shared signal that can easily handle everyday internet needs like email, simple work tasks and streaming music and video. If you need an extra strong signal for gaming etc we can't guarantee the service will be able to handle your needs. Do not download any illegal movies, music, files etc using our WIFI signal. Our service provider will trace it and you will be held responsible for any consequences from them and or the copyright owners like HBO, SONY MUSIC etc. SOFA BED: If the unit is listed with a sofa bed please enquire about the size.
