Brand new cozy studio apartment with private entrance. High speed internet, Apple tv, brand new bathroom with wonderful shower and tub, the perfect place to unwind or binge watch your favorite shows. We live right in the middle of the San Fernando Valley, 7 mins from both the 101 and 405, just 10 mins from Encino and Tarzana, with easy access to downtown, beaches, Hollywood, Universal City, Burbank and minutes from Cal-State Northridge! The space Our space is a one-room studio with a small kitchenette (dual burner countertop, small refrigerator) with a separate bathroom with a shower and tub. The room and bathroom are both brand new. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a workspace (desk and chair) high speed internet and apple tv. *Please note : The Unit tends to run cooler, while the house and unit have a central AC, there is not a thermostat in the unit. We will do our best to accommodate your desired temperature and can provide a fan or space heater if desired. Guest access Guest will have access to the apartment, the backyard is reserved for our little ones :) Other things to note The studio is attached to our home via 1.5 shared walls where we live with our two young children.
