We've put a lot of thought into making it a cozy and independent space for your stay, whether you're a small family, student, or business professional. We're excited to have you stay with us and make lasting memories in our cozy guest suite. Let us be your home away from home! The space We’re located in a very convenient location. Minutes from Champlain Square and Killarney Shopping Centre for your grocery shopping needs at Independent Grocer, Kin’s Farm Market, or Supermarket 88. Large variety of food choices—A&W, Wally’s Burgers, Vietnamese pho, Chinese food, fresh sushi, or pizza, and Starbucks coffee. Burnaby Metrotown Metropolis Mall is 6 minutes away and the 49th Bus is walking distance minutes away where you can take a single bus to the University of British Columbia or Langara College. The suite is a newly renovated, fully furnished 1-bedroom unit with a flex area and 1 bathroom. There is plenty of free street parking available. The suite features a queen bed in the bedroom and a double bed in the flex area, which can also be used as an office or study room. The bathroom includes a full tub. There is a flight of stairs leading to the unit. Let us know if you need assistance with anything as we live upstairs and can quickly respond. The unit is self checked-in with code. Other things to note Our family lives upstairs. We have 2 girls and a hypoallergenic (non-shedding) puppy. Puppy is very well-mannered and rarely barks. House rules • Please no smoking! • No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property--cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes, or any other vaping products • No undeclared guests.
