Private home located in a family oriented neighborhood. Modern 2 level home with filtered mountain views that backs to Tahoe conservancy land. A summer sublet for a minimum of 30 days that provides an affordable way to frequently visit or temporarily reside in Tahoe during peak season. Leave your things there in between trips and come every weekend or stay for the month of July and enjoy Tahoe summer like a local. The space The entire home is available with the exception of the garage. Guest access The entire home except the garage. Off street parking for 2 vehicles in driveway and 1 in parking space roadside.Fenced backyard. Hot tub and infrared sauna. Pets okay with pet deposit. Other things to note Pets are okay as long as they are potty trained and well-behaved. The backyard is fenced in and there are great hiking trails where a well-behaved dog can be off leash. Please pick up your poop! There is a bear box for garbage and it is recommended that guests lock their cars to prevent the local bear from rummaging in them for snacks.
