Two-bedroom apartment in a former coaching inn

Stay in a two-bedroom apartment in a former coaching inn in Janville-en-Beauce. Patterned wallpaper, furnishings and touches of colour create a warm interior, with a living room for spending time together and an equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The apartment accommodates up to 7 guests when using the living-room sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The space There are two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a shower room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, cooking utensils and tableware. Guest access There is a public car park around the corner, with no space reserved for the accommodation. You can stop briefly outside the entrance to unload your luggage. The courtyard is accessible at any time. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Other things to note - Check-in is between 3 pm and 11 pm; check-out is before 11 am, unless otherwise arranged. - Heating is provided from 15 October to 15 April. Outside this period, heating is not guaranteed. - Smoking and events are not permitted. - Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, including outdoors. During these hours, do not move furniture, run or dance inside the accommodation. - Please let us know before moving any furniture, including during the day. - Please obtain our agreement before using any additional heater. - Pets are welcome. Please let us know before arrival if you are bringing a pet. Take pets outside the property for toilet breaks; the courtyard is not intended for this purpose. - On departure, please leave used bed linen and towels in the hallway. - You may leave waste in the accommodation or take it out. In either case, keep glass, packaging and general waste separate.
