The information below will help you make your stay with us more secure: Linens (bed and bath): Linens are included except for stays of less than 7 nights. We offer a paid linen option, which must be reserved and paid directly to our concierge (€15 for a complete bed and €8 for a set of towels). Housekeeping: Check your reservation; if you paid €85 for the cleaning fee, it is included; otherwise, it is your responsibility. Even if you did choose the cleaning option, we still ask that you respect the house and ensure daily maintenance. Insurance and Deposit: You must provide our concierge with a copy of your insurance certificate upon arrival. A security deposit of €800 will be requested upon arrival; this deposit will not be cashed. It will be returned to you upon departure, following the inventory. In the event of a problem being discovered during the inventory, the deposit will be retained while the traveler uses their "civil liability" insurance and compensation is being resolved.
