No.11 is located in the lovely town of Fishguard in beautiful North Pembrokeshire. We have spent almost a year completely renovating this stunning traditional townhouse and reinstating traditional features along with modern touches. With it being situated so close to the coastal path, beach and town it is an ideal base for those who enjoy walking, swimming, beach holidays, or just to get away to our scenic little town and enjoy the history, nature, pubs, restaurants, cafes, theatre and shops. The space No.11 is a newly renovated townhouse with a modern and traditional interior. It has a comfortable living area which opens to a large dining room, kitchen and extra lounge area overlooking the courtyard and steps to the large patio and parking space. Beyond the kitchen you will find a useful utility room with freezer and washing machine and also a shower room. On the first floor there is a large bathroom which consists of a freestanding bath, walk in shower, wc and sink. The first floor also consists of a double bedroom that overlooks the garden and a large king size bedroom with sea views. On the second floor there is a twin bedroom with sea views. Guest access Apart from the cleaners cupboards, the guests will have full access to the property.
