We rent a charming family house (7 bedrooms - 20 beds) and its outbuilding, heated pool (from April to the end of October) on a 1 hectare plot. Located in Chambois, 10 km from Évreux in a green setting, 1 hour from Paris, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Normandy beaches, our house will seduce you with its authenticity, calm and comfort. The space Our 19th century bourgeois house and its outbuilding will welcome you throughout the year to gather with family, friends or colleagues in peace, in the countryside. Rediscover the 4 seasons away from all the hustle and bustle; give yourself a moment out of time by the pool or by the fireplace in winter, or by strolling through the property to discover the 200 rose bushes planted. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Main house: 14 beds - On the ground floor: living room with large open fireplace and piano, fully furnished and equipped kitchen/dining room (table for up to 16 people, oven, electric stove, range hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.), library/games room (board games, arcade, foosball, ping-pong, TV and many DVDs...), cloakroom and toilet. - On the 1st floor (sleeps 10): landing serving three bedrooms, 2 with 1 double bed (160 X 200) and 1 another with 2 bunk beds and their drawer (90 X 190), a bathroom (shower and bathtub), toilet - On the 2nd floor (sleeps 4): office landing (printer) serving 2 attic bedrooms with 1 double bed (160 X 200) and a private bathroom (shower and toilet) - In the basement, laundry (washing machine and dryer) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Outbuilding: sleeps 6 - 1 double bedroom (160 X 200 bed) and 1 single bed (90 X 190) and 1 bunk bed bedroom (90 X 190 + drawer), living room, kitchen and bathroom/toilet (shower), - Stables filled with games (ping-pong, basketball hoop, soccer goals, volleyball, bicycles and many games...) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Garden (1 hectare) planted with trees and hosting more than 200 species of roses. Weber barbecue, deckchairs, sun loungers, outdoor tables and chairs... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heated pool (11mX4,5m) to enjoy from April to October (closure system via a low shelter that fits together). Guest access Guests have access to the entire property during the rental. Other things to note From June to the end of August, sheep are in the meadow adjoining the garden of the house. Following the booking, a pool waiver will need to be signed and an inventory will need to be carried out before taking possession of the premises. For the pool waiver, you'll be asked to share your ID in order to write and then sign the waiver indicating the age of the guests. For the periods of Christmas, New Year's Day or public holidays (Easter, Pentecost, etc.) rentals are for a minimum of 3 days. During the summer, for the months of July and August, rentals are by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. For weekly rentals, check-in time is at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and check-out time is at 9:00 a.m. on the following Saturday. For weekend rentals, check-in time is from 4pm on Friday and checkout time is 4pm on Sunday.
