We offer a complete apartment, with a TV and dining room, very cozy and comfortable, the kitchen is complete, you can make quick dishes or even a more elaborate meal, the rooms with air conditioning and fans will provide a very pleasant relaxation and rest, it is a 5-minute walk from the beach and you can enjoy the beach service, an extra convenience. Returning from the beach, you can take a nice swim in the pool and still relax in the building's game room. The stay will certainly be very special. We take advantage and remember: 1 - We host children, but we ask parents and guardians to be very attentive, as we do not have protective nets on the kitchen and living room windows, 2- Bring bed and bath linens, 3- The leisure areas: swimming pool, game room and barbecue area, are available to guests, but the Building Administration is responsible for these areas, through its Building Manager. If these environments are closed and unavailable, we are not responsible for this, and we and our guests must abide by and respect this. 4- We have beach service, you must contact the Concierge before 9 am and request it, they will take you to the beach, parasol and beach chairs, we have a cooler in the laundry room where you can take your drinks if you prefer, do not forget, follow all the guidelines of the concierge. 4- Pack your bags, we look forward to seeing you! Guest access Guests will have access to the condominium through the Guest Registration, which we will request after the booking is completed, without this the check-in will not be cleared. In the apartment, all the areas: two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. We have a room that will be closed and will not be available. If you have any questions, please let us know. Other things to note - If you want to use the condominium's barbecue, let us know in advance so we can book it. - After booking, we will make the Guest Registration, you must send a photo of each guest's identity document, and also the description (color, model and license plate) of the vehicle that will be in the garage. - Visitors are not allowed; - Parties only among guests.
