Let this spacious cabin be your launchpad for outdoor fun: from skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in the winter to swimming, kayaking, fishing, golfing, mountain biking, and ATV-ing in the summer, it’s all here! Recuperate while taking in the views from the deck, sipping your favorite beverage by the fire-pit, or soaking in the hot tub. Laugh the night away playing board games, foosball, ping-pong, darts, shuffleboard, and arcade basketball with family and friends. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Kids will love the bunk bed and full sized trundle while the parents sleep on the queen bed next door. The spacious loft has a queen size bed with twin trundle. Plenty of beds for everyone! The open concept living room is conveniently located on the same level as the kitchen. There are plenty of places to hang out- a foosball table in the lower level and a game room in the garage! Outside, roast marshmallows on the wood fire-pit or soak in the hot tub while taking in the expansive views. No pets are allowed on the property. There are two driveway parking spots. There is additional parking near the Roslyn Ridge activity center, about a 5 minute walk from the house. The co-host and host of the home are available via message or phone calls. Just minutes to Roslyn, Suncadia, and Cle Elum, with quick and easy access to hiking, biking, snowshoeing, golfing, day spas, wine tasting, backpacking, snowmobiling, ATV riding, river floating, fishing, horseback riding, and more. Guests have access to two parking spaces in the driveway behind the garage. Guests may also park along the road in front of the cabin, if needed. Additional parking is located near the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center, a 5 minute walk from the home. The home can be accessed by car or snowmobile. An AWD car is recommended in the winter due to moderately sloped roads leading up to the home. All roads in the community are plowed in the winter. The is a pet free home. No pets are allowed. Though the roads of community will be plowed in the winter, it is strongly recommended that you travel to the property via 4-wheel drive due to some steeper roads leading up to the property. Activity Center Use: Access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center Pool will require a small fee of $10/guest/day. The Activity Center is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Rental guests may swim during the General Admission hours listed below. Fire-pit Use: Guests must provide their own firewood. Please note: The Kittitas County Fire Marshall will impose burn bans in the summer when the risk of wildfire is elevated. Guests are prohibited from using the fire-pit when burn bans are in effect. Guests may face fines as well as immediate dismissal from the property if they violate the burn ban. Please check the Kittitas County Fire Marshall’s website to see if a burn ban is in effect in Ronald, WA prior to starting a campfire. Hot Tub: No food or drinks are allowed in the hot tub. Children are never to be left unattended in or around the hot tub when it is open. The hot tub cover is to be closed and latched when not in use.
