Le Gîte du Mas Amouroux, near Mont Bouquet

This stylish and spacious accommodation is perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Ideally located in a quiet hamlet, between Cévennes and Garrigues du Gard, 20 minutes from Uzès and Barjac, 40 minutes from Pont du Gard and Vallon Pont d'Arc. Numerous activities in the area (swimming, canoeing, climbing, caving, paragliding, tree climbing...) The cottage gives you access to a large swimming pool and shaded park located with the courtyard in the owners' plot. The space This Mas Amouroux cottage is located in our renovated Mas, with a separate entrance. Most of the accommodation is located upstairs and access is via an external staircase (not recommended for people with reduced mobility). You'll find all the amenities for a comfortable vacation, including: - a large equipped kitchen (16 m2) with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3-burner induction stove, range hood, dishes, fridge, freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, blender), - a large living room (29 m2) with 3-seat sofa, armchair, coffee table, and TV (104 cm) - two comfortable bedrooms (15 and 13 m2) each with a 160 x 200 cm bed, and a dresser, - a bathroom (6 m2) with spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet, - a small reading room (6 m2) with a 2-seat sofa. Mosquito nets and shutters are installed on all bedroom, living room, and kitchen windows. Dry inertia electric radiators are present in all rooms. Reversible air conditioning is installed in the cottage (splits in the living room and kitchen entrance), and mobile fans are available upon request. At the foot of the stairs, on the ground floor, a laundry room (7 m2) is equipped with a washing machine, a folding drying rack, an ironing board and an iron – as well as storage space for suitcases. An additional toilet is located under the stairs. Outdoor amenities In the garden, a wooden terrace (12 m2) accommodates a small living room, a table and 4 chairs, as well as a hammock. Nearby, a mazet (without roof) is dedicated to the grill area with a barbecue, and a small table. Pool › In the owners' neighboring plot, access to a large 10 m x 5 m swimming pool (chlorine treatment), with shower, deckchairs and parasol. The pool is fenced and has a security gate. Hours are from 9am to 10pm. Shaded park In the plot next to the owners, access to a shaded park (large cedars). Parking Parking is in the owners' yard. This large yard can accommodate two vehicles, with the option to park one under shelter. Guest access The cottage is located in the hamlet of Mas Amouroux (43 route des Amandiers), commune of Les Plans. Access is via the D6 connecting Alès (10 km) to Bagnols-sur-Cèze (40 km). The main regional cities are respectively 52 km (Nîmes), 70 km (Avignon), 90 km (Montélimar), 103 km (Montpellier), and 113 km (Mende). Other things to note As a reminder, the access staircase to the cottage is strongly discouraged for people with reduced mobility.
