Small room in a private single-family home

We offer in our own home in the countryside, with a dog and a cat where we ourselves live on the first floor, a room with 1 single bed in a quiet residential street. You'll love this charming place. Important points of contact are close by. Distances: Car repair shop = about 240 m Savings bank = about 250 m Snack bar = about 250 m. (Fridays ONLY!!!) Nahkauf = approx. 300 m (small supermarket) Highway A23 IZ Nord = about 8 km Sche The space Room no. 2 🦋 This small, quiet room has space for 1 person. Single beds with wardrobe, desk and TV + small kitchen equipment. If necessary, a second bed can also be set up. Please let us know before arrival. A small guest surprise 😊 awaits you upon arrival. Guest access Guests can use the staircase to reach the upper floor where the vacation rooms are located. If you would like to have breakfast with us 🍽☕️🥨, the breakfast room is located on our private ground floor. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, I charge €15 (adults, per day) This is payable in cash upon arrival. Of course, you can also cater for yourself in your room, where a small kitchen is available. During your stay Of course, I am always available to my guests in person or via cell phone. Other things to note If you 🚗 travel by car, you can park directly across the property on a green strip. Obviously free of charge. See photos. If you 🏍 arrive by motorcycle, it can of course be parked in our driveway or, if necessary, on the grass strip. If you 🚴‍♀️ arrive by bike , then it can be parked in the closed "underground parking garage" . Towels and bed linens are included in the rental price. So you don't need to 🧳 bring it in your suitcases .
