The space The place furnished with queen size bed, sofa bed, fridge,microwave, electric stove,electric kettle, rice cooker,cooking utensils, shampoo, body wash, cleaning materials, complimentary coffee, sugar, cream and tea. air-conditioning unit, and free wifi. * No pets are allowed inside the property. * Please do not bring any food in the sleeping area to avoid attracting ants, bed bugs, or any other insects. * We required an additional mandatory weekly cleaning for stay beyond 7 days or 6 nights. standard cleaning fee is Ph.300. *We charge a minimum of Ph.300 up to Ph.1,000 for bed sheets stains removal, depending on the gravity of the work needed. *we don't have a short-time stay rate. Any stay, even if only less than 12 hours is considered 1 full night. * Lost keys shall be charged Ph500. * Check-in is any time after 11am but not later than 3pm, but can be accommodated until 3:30pm. * check out is anytime after 11am but not later than 3pm. * We charge an additional Ph.300 fee for early check-in from 8am-10am( subject to availability, to be determined 48 hrs. prior check-in. As well as all check out between 3:30pm to 6pm. * All Stays beyond the 5pm cut off is considered one night stay. * likewise we charge an additional Ph500 for late check-in from 3:30pm-6pm and check out after 3pm. * Host seek your kind understanding that our staff duty only begins 9am-3pm only. This means that beyond 3pm we have to pay overtime fee for our staff. A minimum charge of Ph.300 applied. Valid Passport or any government issued IDS' with photo will be requested upon booking confirmation. All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID'S upon arrival. This is to protect other guest and for our safety as well. Internet access available 24hr. however we will not liable if for any reason the internet connection is not available.
