Walk 4 blocks to the SUPERBOWL! Non-smoking guests only. This Downtown Atlanta House is in the heart & center of Atlanta's world-class Super Bowl & entertainment, site-seeing & sporting events. Location couldn't be better! It's easy & convenient to maneuver the city by foot, bus & train, car Lyft or Uber. The house is fully furnished w/ 3 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths. One bedroom w/a full-sized bed, a 2nd bedroom w/ a queen bed & a 3rd bedroom w/ a king-sized bed. Extra beds available upon request. The space SUPERBOWL CORPORATE HOUSE rental w/ Golf Cart option! In the Heart of the Superbowl, we are in the tailgate community steps away from the Superbowl's Mercedes Benz Stadium. Feel right at home in this comfortable and clean home! I assure you that ALL LINENS and BLANKETS ARE CLEANED AND TREATED PRIOR TO EACH AND EVERY STAY! Each of the bedrooms have fresh white sheets, clean linen for every stay, plenty of closet space, and comfortable bedding! The Master Bedroom features a gorgeous California king-sized bed and a balcony for lounging. The Master Bathroom has a full bathroom. All 3 of the guest bedrooms are located upstairs and feature full and queen-sized beds, white sheets, fresh linen and lots of closet space! An additional full guests bath is equipped with towels and essential amenities. The whole house is accessible with the exception of the exception of some upstairs closets and the closets downstairs. There is closet space provided upstairs for guests. Absolutely NO SMOKING or parties allowed in the home or on the property! An additional smoke removal fee $1000 will be charged for those who violate this rule along with a police report. Remember that I am welcoming you into my personal home space. It is not a hotel and I expect you to be considerate of my property and personal belongings. Please don't take things. People have walked away with my basic to expensive things and other personal items. No matter the cost, it belongs to me. Again, understand that my home is not a hotel and while I take great pride in the comfort and decor; normal wear of owning a home is expected. If this is a deal-breaker for you, I highly suggest you book elsewhere. Any extras such as paper towels, fruit and cheese, bottled water, wine, chocolates, etc. are acts of kindness and not mandatory. Minor cosmetically challenged pieces in my home: Two doors are on back order to replace the dent and glass. My beautiful leather sectional is beginning to peel and scheduled for re-conditioning later in the fall. Lighting-As a member of the Sierra Club, I strive to be as green and energy efficient as possible. Solar lights are used on the premises as well as energy conservation is practiced. It's plugged when in use or light bulbs are added or brightened as needed. Additional light bulbs are available in the laundry room. Please let me know if you have any questions! Guest access Guests will have access to my entire home turn-key as an option and all of the easy-access amenities that downtown Atlanta has to offer. The whole house is accessible with the exception of some closets which are used for storage by the owner. There is closet space provided for guests. Other things to note The Neighborhood This is the best of the best when it comes to downtown. It is super centrally located and only steps or a few miles from anywhere you would ever want or need to go in the city! There are plenty of MARTA stations within a mile and of course taxi cabs and Ubers and Lyfters are minutes away! You can also walk to many upscale restaurants and shops and offices if you would like to see the sights nearby. Promise this location will not disappoint you. Historic Westside neighborhood in Atlanta. Numerous restaurants, shops, and bars are located within walking distance. The main features of the neighborhood are Centennial Olympic Park, The Georgia Dome, CNN Center, Phillips Arena, The World of Coke, The Georgia Aquarium and The Georgia World Congress Center. Thanks for choosing my home! Please treat this home with respect. My house is nicely appointed with many impossible to replace antiques, heirlooms and other expensive pieces and furniture. The house is not childproof. By booking this unit, you accept all responsibility and liability for keeping your children safe. There is NO smoking IN the home or ON the property. I am unable to tolerate the smoke and smoke smell. Unfortunately it seriously effects my health. The smoke smell from outside and from clothing still tends to linger in the house and in the bedding. If you do choose to smoke there will be an additional $1000.00 charge (this may exceed beyond the security deposit value) for odor removal services and replacements along with a police report. Stairs leading to the house are NOT handicap accessible. We cannot accommodate any parties at the house. The house is available for the guests that have booked the house only. Please let us know if you would like additional guests outside of your reservation. It is not available and cannot accommodate parties or events. Thanks for understanding. We do not allow any events at the house other than filming shoots and the house is limited to the renting guests and just a few others who may visit but not more than 6. I try to keep the wear and tear down on my home. I hope you understand. No smoking indoors, no illegal drugs allowed or other illegal activity, no hookers or strippers. Sorry, no pets. All tasks MUST BE Completed before checkout and a full refund of the security deposit: 1. All used towels must be placed downstairs in the blue clothes hamper located in the laundry room. 2. All used and dirty dishes must be cleaned before checkout. Kitchen must be left cleaned and personal items in the refrigerator must be cleared before checkout. 3. All trash and recyclables must be emptied into the outside dumpsters before checkout. 4. NO Smoking on the premises. No cigarette buds or residue should be on the premises. 5. The living room couch is not a bed. The couch IS NOT permitted for sleeping purposes or use as a bed. 6. All food belonging to guests must be cleared. Please do not leave any trash or food on the counters or in the trash can after check out. 7. Closet and refrigerator space is provided and shared. Majority refrigerator space is provided for weekly rentals. 8. No Children without written permission from the owner.
