As a young family of four, we've poured a lot of love into making our house a comfortable and happy home. Now, while we're away on our own holidays, we're delighted to offer it to you as your perfect base for exploring London! Our home is nestled in a peaceful corner of South West London, offering the best of both worlds – a tranquil retreat with incredibly quick access to central London. You'll find three train stations within easy reach, with direct trains whisking you to London Victoria in just 14 minutes! Step inside and you'll find a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The ground floor features a boldly decorated living room, designed for relaxation and fun. It's fitted with a large smart TV for your entertainment and a large sofa bed for extra guests. We've also made sure to include lots of toys and books to keep the little ones happy. The heart of the home is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're a culinary whiz or just need to whip up a quick meal, you'll find everything you need, including a large dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven, and a convenient washing machine/tumble dryer. Coffee lovers will appreciate the bean-to-cup coffee machine for that perfect morning brew. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a large dining table comfortably seats up to 8 people, perfect for family meals or gatherings. You'll find all the cooking utensils you could need at your disposal. For your convenience, there's also a small WC room located under the stairs. Head upstairs and you'll discover three comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary with a luxurious extra-kingsize bed, two large wardrobes for all your belongings, and fully darkening curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep. Please dispose of any cigarette butts responsibly outside. * Parking: Guests may use the driveway for up to two cars. Please park within the designated area. * EV Charger: If you require use of the EV charger, please inform us in advance.
