The space This self contained annex has it's own private outside area and off road parking for 2 cars Can comfortably sleep up to 4 people 2 in the upstairs master bedroom and 2 on the full size fold away bunk beds neatly housed in the main living area. The open plan living area is where you'll find the kitchen with a combi microwave and 2 ring hob table and 4 chairs along with the corner sofa and wall mounted TV. The shower room/WC is also on the ground floor. NB: Bunk Bed Safety, Max 100kg per bunk, RoSPA recommends that children under the age of six years do not use the upper bunk , Parents should also consider very carefully whether allowing a child younger than six to sleep on the bottom bunk is safe for them.
