2 bedrooms ONLY in Suburban Sparks Nevada.

Very nice single story house next to RedHawk Golf Resort in Sparks, NV. In Wingfield Springs. I have a relaxing pond and am walking distance to the golf courses. Yes, 2 championship level courses... The house is very nice as I have owned it, and live it since it was new. Wingfield Springs is about 30 minutes from Downtown Reno in east Sparks. It’s a very nice and comfortable suburban community. I LIVE HERE! I will be here if you decide to book my nice room/s. The space I’m a retired teacher and an active running coach who is looking to open my house to great people while I’m here. I’m friendly, and polite and the spare rooms and bathrooms are private and I also have a private room with a TV for personal viewing. Plus of course Wi-Fi (who doesn’t)... :) I LIVE HERE and stay here while the guests do as well. If that is a problem, please do not ask if I live here and please do not book the entire house. The price is for the rooms while I stay here. I do this for a few extra $ is all. Guest access Guests can use the office which has a tv and futon. They can use the laundry room, kitchen, and pool table if they’re cool. Other things to note I have a Golden Retriever who loves people and 2 friendly quiet Siamese kitties. FYI, I live here and stay in the Master Bedroom.
