Alvie - 3 bed holiday home in Scottish Borders

Our holiday home offers contemporary accommodation benefitting from central heating and double glazing. A stylish open plan kitchen, diner and lounge opens on to a spacious decking area via patio doors offering stunning views towards the River Tweed and the Scotland/England border and countryside. Dine, or simply just relax, outside using our patio table and chairs. There is a children's playpark on site as well as ample space for outdoor games. The space The master has an en-suite toilet. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are twins with all rooms offering good storage space. Modern appliances within the property include a fridge freezer, dishwasher, and TV. Please note: - Bed linen and pillows are provided - Towels are not provided but can be hired from reception for a small charge - Due to hygene reasons, soap and shampoo are not provided Guest access Guests have access to the caravan and the site as a whole. There is an onsite warden who can be contacted in case of emergencies. Contact details are provided on the door/window of reception. Other things to note Single sex couples are more than welcome however we do not accept bookings for single sex parties (2 Adults and above) There is a charge for pets of £25 which is payable on arrival at the park.
