The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, and all the essentials for preparing your meals. On this level, you'll find the first bedroom with a double bed (140x200), neatly made with high-quality hotel linens. You'll also have a desk and a pleasant view of a small, landscaped terrace. The adjacent bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom opens onto a beautiful 35m² terrace, lush with plants and trees, equipped for outdoor dining and sunbathing. A large queen-size bed awaits you, along with high-quality bed linens. This room is also equipped with air conditioning, a desk, an exercise bike, and a radio for optimal comfort. The attached bathroom includes a shower and toilet, completing this relaxing space. The building is secure and has an elevator for added convenience. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms only. Parking at the Patriarches Parking lot, open 24/7, is just 500 meters away. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
