Full size closet with plenty of space for your luggage, traveling bags, shoes and clothing. Within the closet space there's a mid-size mini-fridge and microwave and room above for your pantry. A small toaster oven and single serve coffee brewer (basket or k-cup), as well, are included amenities. (Ceiling fan and Air Window Unit, central heat.) You have access to the shared areas of the house - living, dinning and kitchen - but for the most part we live separately in our own private rooms. There's a lawn chair and side table with places to sit in the sun, shade and under the stars (*tobacco only smoking only allowed outside), Quiet neighborhood outside of the city. The neighborhood Rainbow Lakes Estates is a friendly quiet country suburb including two parks & 3 lakes with a sunset view. The house is in a smaller four block by four block neighborhood within the larger Rainbow Lakes Estates, with lots closer together and a few street lights spread out within, a great place to take a walk after perhaps a long drive here; a closer community within a larger more country setting. Still, it's quiet being set off 2.5 miles back of the main highway 41 and great to see the stars. Through the backyard or around the block, the view is open and the farmland view spreads out over the horizon for miles. Upon arriving (If you are coming via Hwy. 41) at the neighborhood front entrance, there's a small commercial area. There is gas, convenience groceries, and restaurant and the Thirsty Turtle pub. From the entrance there back to the house (2.5 miles) it's just residential. Now, if you are traveling Hwy 19 and coming from the west you'll enter through the back side of the greater Rainbow Lakes Estates Neighborhood which is pure residential forest and farmland. My guests who have come that way have enjoyed the 13 mile ride. Just know there's no place to stop for gas, snack or bathroom from Hwy. 19 on over and So What's Nearby? Well, of course there's the Rainbow River, with swimming, snorkeling, diving, canoeing, kayaking, picnicking, hiking, biking, boating and fishing. If you need supplies, just south on Hwy. 41 a few miles towards the Rainbow State Park there's a Dollar General and a Winn Dixie if you need to quickly pick up some supplies, and a few more miles south you'll find a 24hr. Super Walmart, Publix, and more... You'll find your room easily, as the it's just down at the end of the hallway on the left. The bedroom door will be open and lights will be on, and you'll recognize it from the pictures on Airbnb. . (FLOORING) The room and house has stained concrete floors (with a few area rugs), so for your comfort, you may want to pack slippers, especially when it's cold, or flip flops when it's warm. (VISITORS and CHILDREN) I do have 4 grandchildren and other family members and on a rare occasion a friend or neighbor drop by to visit. So far, it has been amazing to me how everything seems to flow very nicely, though small the space supports all the people using it, and still everyone has their privacy, peace and quiet, and social opportunities. Registered Airbnb Guests are not allowed to have their own guests, family, friends and acquaintances while here while they are booked in our Airbnb Listing. However, if after staying a month or two, and we have an established trust and that this is a good fit for all, then we can work out housemate type arrangement, where you also may have an occasional visitor, too. (PETS) I'm sorry but no pets or service animals (my son is allergic). Our home is small in square footage and so there's little escape from fur and dander for him.
