Loft in the Boro - Perfect for One

Welcome to the " Loft in the Boro". ..........great for extended stays. The Loft has all the comforts of home, and is fully furnished . It offers ultra-fast high speed internet for those who must do some work while traveling. The Loft is within a short walking distance to downtown Scottsboro for shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. No Pets allowed. The space The Loft is located in downtown Scottsboro, just minutes from several boat docks to Guntersville Lake. Easy access to the Interstate and plenty of off street parking available for cars and/or boats. Wonderful Recreational facility available with swimming pool, indoor basketball, racket ball, walking track, exercise room, skate boarding, etc. Guest access Guest space is not shared with anyone. and is considered a safe and quiet space to work or rest. Not suitable for pets or children. The unit is over a local dental office, open only 2 days per week. However, the loft is completely isolated from the business with its own entrance and space. Other things to note It is important to note that the Scottsboro area is known for its Bass Fishing and is home to the famous Unclaimed Baggage. In addition, The town hosts an event called First Monday, a huge outdoor flea market on the first weekend of every month, within walking distance. This is an upstairs unit and guest must be physically able to climb steps. It is set up for one person with a queen size bed. However, the couch is very comfortable should a second guest share the unit. Extra bed linens are available. No pets or children.
