Enjoy your stay in this very quiet house, ideal for a family. From BBQ to home cinema or swimming-pool, your will be very comfortable. Hicking is easy, beach is accessible by bus, to simply perceive the sea is also possible. The space The house is on two levels : - ground floor with living-room, home cinema, kitchen, bar, laundry room, toilet, access to the outside, - first floor with 3 rooms (one parental suite, one bedroom with a simple bed and a convertible sofa and it’s own bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed), toilet. Air conditioning. Guest access Everything is accessible in the house, except the garage, one room and the garden’s hut. Other things to note The house is not secured for very young children, particularly the stairs and the swimming-pool.
