Refugio Piren is located in the exclusive CONDOMINIO LA HELVETIA, 10 km from Corracalco and 1 km from the Piedra Cortada Reserve River and 2 km from the town of Malalcahuello and 38 km from Conguillido Park. The condominium has controlled access with reception. Refugio Piren has 160 square meters of built area. It is inside a native forest of 5000 m2 and has all the details for some incredible days to rest, disconnect, ski and then relax in the HOT-TUB with friends. The space Refugio Piren has everything you need for an incredible vacation: excellent spaces and large bedrooms with comfortable beds and a closet and HOT TUB. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are spacious with double height and a view of the native forest. The kitchen is integrated and has an island for cooking and next to it a dining table for 10 people. The lodge is cozy with central heating and a fireplace in the living room. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and good closets. Two of them have super king and king beds respectively. There are six beds in the children's bedroom. All rooms have blackout curtains and radiators. In addition, it has a mezzanine with a double bed, ideal for young people. The house is for 8 or 10 people comfortably. And best of all, it has a hot tub in the woods, in a beautiful setting. Ideal for use after skiing or when you arrive from Trekking! Guest access Guests have access to the house, terrace, 5,000 meters of native forest on the property, Hot Tub and the Condominium's beautiful trails. The trails are ideal for a 45-minute walk. Other things to note Note this… 1. Please bring slippers to wear inside the house. You can leave your shoes in the shoe rack! So we can take care of the native wood flooring. 2. The Bosca can only be lit with a newspaper and a new towel. NO CARDBOARD. And when you leave, leave it off for safety. Central heating will always be on. 3. Do not tamper with the heating or boiler. 4. Leave each person's garbage in the containers located at the Condominium entrance. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH IN THE HOUSE. 6. When leaving or entering the condominium, make sure the automatic gate is closed. 7. The speed limit inside the condominium is 30 kilometers per hour. 8. Glasses or bottles are prohibited in the hot tub. In the instruction manual that I will send you once the reservation is made, there are instructions so that you can turn on the Hot Tub. It is not difficult, but you have to be aware.
