Located just outside Greenville city limits which allows for shorter stays, 1m to Downtown Greenville, 1m to Cherrydale, 10 min to Furman & Bob Jones University, 15 min to Travelers Rest, and 1.5 miles to Swamp Rabbit Grocery & Swamp Rabbit Trail. Contact us for long term discounts or seasonal specials. The space This is a newly renovated 3/2 home with a dedicated workspace. There’s blinds and/or curtains on all windows. There are sound makers provided on the clocks in each room so y’all can sleep soundly. Plenty of room for the whole family, or perfect for 3 couples who want to stay together. We provide lots of snacks, breakfast items, tea, coffee - both ground and kcups, to make mornings easy to get up and get out the door or sit around and relax. If you have any food allergies, let us know and we’ll accommodate those if you need us to. As far as location goes - our home is located in the Brutontown subdivision, which has a mix of all types of homes and wonderfully kind neighbors. You will find this sort of conglomeration anywhere you stay in Greenville. Once you book, google the address on the listing and do satellite view to help you get an understanding on where you’ll be staying in relation to where you’re wanting to go or do. Just being real here - There’s no reason to give us 4 stars on location when you have the address and can see exactly where you’ll be staying. This is a perfectly safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors! You can’t stay short term within Greenville city limits and our home is steps from the city limit line so it’s as close as you’ll get if you want to stay shorter than 30 days! This is an allergen free home, that’s why we can’t allow pets, no smoking or any kind of smells from candles, incense, vaping, etc, If you are sensitive to any cleaning products, please let us know at time of booking and we’ll pass it along to our amazing cleaner. We aim to make your stay as comfortable and be as accommodating as possible. No Pets Policy - we have an approved Airbnb Pet Exemption for all animals and pets. This is a serious health issue for us as your hosts and our amazing cleaner. No animals of any kind will be allowed. Thank you for understanding Our place is a great work from home space. However, use of the cottage for apps, websites, or work based on payment for views or subscriptions is prohibited. This would include but is not limited to: podcasting, YouTube, tik tok videos, only fans, crypto mining, video gaming, television, radio, etc. Please reach out if you have any questions. Guest access You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The code to the front and side door will be messaged before check in day. There is one locked closet in the house that is for the cleaner. Please do not attempt to get into it. Doing so will result in a $500 fine. Other things to note Be sure to contact us to inquire about seasonal specials or discounts. There is a book inside on the front red table with all the information you’ll need to make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Please read through that upon arrival. There are 6 steps from ground level to the front door. There are no stairs inside the home itself though. We do provide starter essentials (i.e. shampoo, soap, TP, paper towels, etc.) If you need anymore or anything different, you provide that. If you need to modify or change your reservation, we must be notified more than 24 hours in advance. After that we will not honor any changes or modifications. The cottage is located 1 mile from where downtown starts. Main Street is 1.5 miles away, and other areas of downtown may be further. Greenville County has cracked down on short rentals within the city limits to push guests towards hotels. Our home is literally a street over from where city limits start so we are able to offer short term stays for guests. Again, there are 2 active security cameras at the house - the front doorbell camera, and the one on the fence facing the driveway. No other cameras work or have power to them. Neither of the two cameras point into the house, both point away/towards the street. Cameras are not monitored, but are there for your protection and ours. If the doorbell is pressed, we will get notified. Please do not tamper with or disable either camera. There will be a $150 fine each if you do. Again, they are for your safety and ours.
