The space Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, our sweet vintage inspired home offers a close proximity to: Hospitals – 4 miles or 10 mins Downtown – 3 miles or 10 mins Fairgrounds – 6 miles or 15 mins University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS) – 4 miles or 10 mins Hyvee Grocery – 1 mile or 3 mins West side restaurants and shopping malls - 1-2 mile or 3-5 minutes Other things to note We have a strict policy of no parties, and no smoking of any kind. We have a 6-guest limit policy. Please note we do not currently allow hosting for non-registered guests. This includes family gatherings, reunions, dinner parties, etc. This is in a residential area, so we ask that you respect the neighbors' privacy in regards to these policies and noise and parking. Please drive slowly and do not block the neighbors' driveway.
