A private cozy room in a spacious flat located in the most beautiful area of Kadikoy, Moda. It is located in a very central area with pharmacies, markets, bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues. You can easily reach metro, ferry, metrobus, buses and minibuses by walking (around 15 minutes). You can watch Istanbul and the Bosphorus from its large terrace. Please inform us if you want to use more than one room. The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room and a large terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom. We have a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, cooker, kitchenware, TV, Apple TV and wardrobe where you can place your belongings. While having the chance to stay in one of the unique historical buildings of Kadikoy, built-in 1904, there also comes a few snags. While walking, squeaking sounds may come from some points on the floor, or minor problems may arise, but we try to solve them as quickly as possible.
