House in the middle of the village, 10 beds, south-facing terrace, patio in the sunset, large garden with trampoline. Patio with pergola with barbecues, large table with room for 12 people 200 meters from tennis and paddle courts, 400 meters from the beach. Grocery store, pubs, nightlife - all within walking distance. The house has three floors; basement, entrance floor and upper floor. Bedrooms on all three floors. Smaller kitchen, ice maker, 2 bathrooms. No smokers and no pets. We want you to be an adult (25+) when you rent from us. The space Detached house on a large plot. Quiet location Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for one room in the basement. Other things to note The house has full standard and we use it ourselves, so it's not a "rental house". However, guests bring their own bed linens and towels.
