As you enter the space, you'll immediately notice a combination of mid-century modern furnishings and vintage finds that are curated to complement the original design features of the home. Filled with unique decorative accents, every detail has been thoughtfully selected to create a seamless blend of old and new. The space features a bedroom that faces the backyard of the brownstone, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of natural light, providing the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up meals, while the living room provides ample space for relaxing and entertaining. Guest access You will have a private entrance from the building into your room, with a private bathroom and shower exclusively for your use during your stay. You will also have access to the common areas (Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen). During your stay When not working I will be here/available during your stay if you need anything. Happy to socialize in the common area, and also very respectful of your space when you are here. After initial check in, you'll have my phone number if you need anything. Other things to note I am often working and a relatively quiet person when guests are here so you'll often feel that you have the space to yourself. I also provide a few recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, and am happy to provide further recommendations if needed.
