Much appreciated!❤️ As of April 2025, 'Ripple Waters' is offering our ONE BEDROOM POOL HOUSE as a better vacation rental, which has been recently refurbished! This unit replaces studio A that so many of my previous guests loved! Guests will now enjoy having more space, ocean and pool views and direct access to the pool deck's BBQ. All of the great amenities that guests enjoyed within Studio A are still offered within the pool house and the new addition of Studio B. I guarantee that you'll love the pool house even more!!! To my new guests, you'll love the scenery and ambiance of 'Ripple Waters' as soon as you arrive! It's a hidden gem located in Southampton parish. It's near restaurants and beaches - a three minute drive/25 minute walk to the ever popular, beautiful Horseshoe Bay Beach! Other nearest beaches are only a 10 minute walk away! INTERIOR PARTIES AND GATHERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED This stylishly decorated one bedroom poolhouse has mostly everything you'll need to make your stay comfortable. This unit is great for a family of four. A comfortable Intex Deluxe queen size air mattress is available to the additional guests, for use within the spacious living room. **An additional guest rate applies after two guests.** A fully stocked kitchenette has complimentary 'starter' supplies to begin your vacation stress-free! You'll definitely be surprised at what awaits you!!! Sorry, there's no dishwasher for use, but disposable plates, cups, and utensils are also available within the unit, along with the dishes. Guests may choose to dine within the kitchen, the dining nook, the pool deck or the upper patio deck. All great choices!! The spacious bathroom consists of a shower only, bath and beach towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and a few other products to meet your daily needs. The shared laundry is located between Studio B and the stairs leading to the upper patio deck. Detergent is provided. EXTERIOR PARTIES AND GATHERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED - no exceptions. 'Ripple Waters' amenities is for the sole use of guests and tenants only. Choose from a couple of relaxation areas to unwind. Relax near the splendid pool or sunbathe closer to the radiant sun on the upper patio deck which has lovely views of the beautiful South Shore. Guests may swim in the UNHEATED, SALTWATER pool 24/7, however quiet use of the pool and upper patio deck is from 10pm to 7am. A gas BBQ, flotation devices, lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. are available to guests. Beach towels and chairs may be taken to the semi-private Cross Bay Beach (24/7 security) and public beaches. Shared Pool Guest access I prefer to greet and welcome my guests upon arrival, however if your flight arrives late at night, instructions will be given for access into either accommodation. The entrance and pathway is well lit. There is wheel chair accessibility to the poolhouse. Other things to note Please note that 'Ripple Waters' amenities is primarily for the sole use of its guests and tenants only. The pool is shared. The pool house BBQ is located near the pool. Guests of the pool house will use the table, chairs and loungers that are located near the pool house sliding doors.
