For a shorter walk, go directly out the back of the community through the gate to Driftwood Drive Beach Entrance. Upon Entry is a fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances and breakfast dining area overlooking scenic salty marshes. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. Down the hall is a half bathroom and family room (TV) with additional dining and access to the shaded back porch by stately moss draped Live Oak Trees. This is the perfect place to wind down after a long day at the beach and grill. Parking is conveniently located near the home and spaces are clearly marked for the home. No more than 2 spaces are available here, as this is a small community and there is not overflow parking. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off from a day at the beach. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals during your stay, along with a washer and dryer for your use. Any additional kitchen supplies you may require are responsibility of the guest during your tenancy. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general. Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.
