A relaxing and cozy apartment full of plants that make you feel in peace, in the middle of Florentin neighborhood. The space The apartment is located in the Florentin neighborhood. 10 minutes walk from the sea, next to the flea market in Jaffa and Levinski Market, 6 minutes walk from Rothschild Boulevard. the apartment is in a super central location (Washington Avenue) which is considered one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Lots of restaurants and bars. My home is perfect for couples or for an individual. The apartment is on the second floor with an elevators. The apartment is renovated as you can see in the photos, very bright, there is WiFi, TV, many cable channels (celcom TV), air conditions in the living room and bedroom, and everything you need to feel as comfortable as possible. There is one bedroom with a double bed. Of course you get bedding, pillows, and blankets from me. If you feel that you want to cook at home, my kitchen is equipped with everything you want to prepare food - coffee, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and of course all the tools you will need. The toilet has a shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and towels. Of course I provide you with all the cleaning materials in order to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment.
