Cozy country house with a 200m patio and a 5x2.5m porcelain pool, located in the hamlet of La Encarnación. Located in a territory that witnessed the oldest civilizations, with the CUEVA NEGRA (Black Cave) and LA ERMITA de la Encarnación (Hermitage of the Incarnation) just 5 minutes from the house, scenes of Middle Paleolithic settlements and Roman times. A 10-minute drive away is the CITY of Caravaca de la Cruz, which will offer us an interesting religious, cultural, gastronomic and nature visit. Guest access The house has two floors. Upstairs there is a terrace overlooking the hill of the hermitage. On the ground floor, there is a cozy 200m patio with a totally private pool, built on site with porcelain material and with the dimensions of 5 x 2.5 meters. The patio is presided over by a planter built with ashlars and local vegetation and a dining area to enjoy good weather and absolute tranquility, both day and night. Other things to note Downstairs, the wood stove will be responsible for keeping the house warm on the coldest days of winter, creating an atmosphere that only the fire of olive, holm oak, and almond wood can cause.
