Private Room with Shared Bathroom located 5-10 minutes from UCF. Great for college students or Orlando Visitors wanting to visit the parks. We have parking in front of the house in a safe neighborhood monitored by security every day. The room comes with free wifi and cable TV. The use of a washer and dryer are available. Please bring your own laundry detergent and dryer towels (if desired).
