We love animals! but please be aware you must enter your pet into the system (below guests count) to ensure and lock in your ability to bring a pet. This will make sure the price is accurate to reflect the one time pet fee. If you bring a pet but don't pay the pet fee by entering the pet into the system the door camera/doorbell will be our confirmation that you agree to the terms and will be charged the pet fee. Our Home comes equipped with just about everything you need to cook right at home and not need to go out to eat. Plates, cups, pots, pans,toaster, microwave, oven, crock pot, air fryer, Treager outside, blender etc. nearly all your cooking needs can be found in our kitchen! FIRM CANCELLATION POLICY -To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Guests can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If quests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guests pay 50% for all nights. If quests cancel less than 7 days before check-in there in no refund.
