You have a one car garage for parking, plus a one car driveway. There is a screened in patio in the back of the home. The community offers an optional short-term renters membership which will allow access to the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. However, the community clubhouse restaurant and bar is open to the public. The rental is approximately 1/4th of a mile from the clubhouse. Other things to note Peak season in this area is Jan, Feb, Mar, and Apr, so book early. It's usually cooler (not hot) weather during those months, but some days are hot, so the trick is to layer clothes. For the other months, wear light clothes, and bring either an umbrella or rain jacket...you won't need it for long, but rain showers pop up and go as quickly as they came.
