This home is a single family house with a private driveway. It is located in a very convenient part of town. Walking distance to the train station with a direct train to NYC, Rutgers University and Medical Center. Surrounded by international eateries and restaurants (check-out the guide book ). Perfect for visiting family, or planning a trip to check out NYC! This house has an open space floor plan. The first floor is the living space with a dining area and kitchen all open to a sweeping view. The SECOND floor have 3 bedrooms equipped with 3 FULL-SIZE beds total (one bed in each room) and 1 bathroom. Our backyard is fenced in. We used to live in this house from 2007-2013 until we bought another and made this our rental home to host guests. We live close-by if guest need assistance. Please note before booking: *House has STAIRS. 3 bedroom and 1 bath is located upstairs on the 2ND FLOOR. Living room and kitchen is in the 1st floor. *House is located on a MAIN Street. *AC UNITS are window units. *We have internet and TV is connected through Chromecast/ROKU. No cable TV. We very rarely have problems with guest, but the occasional noisy group can disturb the neighbors. Thank you for considering this when booking. The entire house except for the basement. The basement is used for storage of miscellaneous household items. Self check in with a digital door lock. If guest needs anything we live a house across the yard. Walking distance to about 10+ restaurants and a great food market (Hmart). We are near by Chinese, Korean, Malaysian, Mongolian, American, types of restaurants. If you are in town to visit, I'd suggest you to take a small drive (2 miles) over to Highland Park. It has the perfect main street USA feel, fill with small restaurants, coffee shops, and quaint bars. Oh, and a stunning park right on the river (Donaldson Park). A perfect day trip. Then for the night scene. We have it all. from local bar pub with great food to put-on-your dress and shoes type of restaurants and night clubs in New Brunswick (3 miles drive). During the college semester in session, you can take a walk down Easton Ave and College Ave in New Brunswick to see the vibrant Rutgers University main campus area. Medical facilities nearby. Private driveway (fits 2 cars) Train station 0.4miles walk. *Please be respectful of our neighbors. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. *No shoes in the house please *Absolutely no parties or large gathering. *Maximum 3 cars can be parked in our driveway *No eating meals in the bedroom. *No Additional guest inside the house then the amount listed on our orginal reservation. *You will be required to notify us of any additional extra guest. Maximum of 6 people in the house. No exception. *Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is OK. *Absolutely NO smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash. *Absolutely NO PETS. *No access to the basement. *We kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we've provided in the bathroom. ***House rules broken are subject to cancellation of stay.
